LaserShip Charlotte Tracking: A Frustrating Experience with No End in Sight

As a customer, there's nothing more frustrating than waiting for a package to arrive only to be met with continuous delays and lack of communication from the shipping company. My experience with LaserShip in Charlotte has been nothing short of infuriating.

I recently ordered a package through Walmart and was told it would arrive within 3-5 business days. However, as the expected delivery date approached, I started to get concerned when there were no tracking updates or any indication that my package had even left the facility. In desperation, I drove over to the LaserShip facility yesterday to try to speak with someone in person and get some answers.

Unfortunately, the experience was a disaster from the start. Not only did they physically remove the doorbell button at the facility, but the customer service representative I spoke with seemed completely uninterested in helping me resolve the issue. According to WM customer service, their system can't process refunds until 48 hours have passed since the ship date, which seems arbitrary and unfair.

I called again after another 48 hours had passed, expecting some progress or a solution, but was instead met with rudeness from the representative on the phone. She told me it was 'unnecessary' to call and that I should just give them more time. The lady I spoke with at the local facility, however, was much more helpful and suggested I wait just two more days for my package to arrive.

But every day that passed brought only more frustration. The estimated delivery date kept getting bumped back, with no tracking updates or any indication of when my package might actually arrive. I tried calling the 704 number again, hoping to get some answers, but was told that they no longer hold packages for pickup and that I needed to contact WM to have it refunded.

It's clear to me that the 804 number is simply an outsourced customer service line staffed by representatives who don't have any real insight into what's going on with my package. The email I received from them was particularly unhelpful, stating only that 'LaserShip is unable to confirm control of your package at this time.'

As a customer, it's unacceptable to be left in the dark and treated poorly by a shipping company. I hope that LaserShip will take steps to improve their communication and customer service, but until then, I'll just have to keep waiting and hoping that my package shows up eventually.
